Val and Mike took possession of thier new home in Hacienda La Cristina. They are very happy to be there and have mentioned that Marcos Rayek and Ester Whitsell have given them a fabulous treatment as clients. They love it here because it is located away from the noise of Ajijic´s village.

Mike and Bety feel very lucky because they were to participate in the design of their new home. We are starting the construction of a Model Noria, with their special touches on Lot #8. They choose to live in Hacienda La Cristina because it is a very quiet area near Lake Chapala.

Finally we find Ester who as a Real Estate Sales Agent was looking for the best place to retire in Mexico. After a complete research she decided to buy a property in Hacienda La Cristina. Lot #5 will be her future home. It´s quiteness and safe atmosphere surrounded by its country style life just feels right.

Only 7 minutes away from all the village action and a short & pleasant walk from the Chapala Lake, this place is where she always dreamt of living in.

Chris and Terry have finished decorating their two-level home in Hacienda La Cristina. They have added a beautiful wood and Mexican tile roof on their terraza. On the roof, they built a mirador where they observe the beautiful sunsets, lake & mountains.

They love to entertain and they are proud to invite their friends to their new home. Terry is a great cook and on the back patio, they built a pizza oven. They describe Hacienda La Cristina as a tranquil, quiet place that makes them happy. Hacienda La Cristina is located close to the center of Ajijic, but still far enough to give that country feeling.
